Once you place an order you will receive an email from us showing your credit card was charged by Iya Skin Care. Your statements will show the charge as being from Iya Skin Care.
Return Policy:
We'll gladly accept returned products that are in original package and were not opened or used. All returns must be confirmed with us first, by calling our customer service at: 561-753-8650 .
If you want to return our product -you can send them back to us for a refund within 2 weeks of your purchase, with copy of your invoce. If your order was over $50.00 USD and we paid for shipping of your package, then that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Our products are excellent and work well if used as directed. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used. If product is being opened and used a little and returned within two weeks of purchase, we offer to exchange this product for equal or lesser value. However we do not offer any returnes or exchanges on half used product.
